Adapt to a ketogenic diet
Adapt to a 2 meal a day plan in 6 to 8 hour eating window.
After feel confident with it try to cut the eating window into 4 hours.
Eat foods that will give you long lasting sustainable energy and keep your satisfied during the periods of fasting.
(Red meat- BEEF, Fatty Fishes, Whole eggs, Butter, Whole chicken or Turkey)
Always perform exercise (preferably resistant training) on fasted state. Teach your body to use it's own fat as a primary energy source.
Do not cut the first meal until all of the cravings and hunger are gone. After that cut the first meal.
Than have a bigger one meal a day.
After at least one year with on cravings, hunger, blood sugar crashes and etc. experiment with some safe starches...
During the day stay well hydrated. Durink a lot of water.
If you a coffee drinker have coffee (black).
